About Us

Indo Japan Chamber of Commerce Kerala (INJACK) is registered under section 25 of the Companies Act 1956. INJACK has been established in the state of Kerala under the initiative of Alumni Society of AOTS Kerala to serve the business needs of entrepreneurs especially that of the small and medium scale sector in relation to their business between Japan and India. INJACK is an industry led body created with the specific objective of promoting trade relations between Japan and Kerala. The organisation will act as a common platform for business persons to form joint ventures, partnerships or investments with companies in Japan and Kerala. It will act as a catalyst for strengthening trade relations, promote bi-lateral trade, facilitate investment and technology transfer, joint ventures, business collaborations and strategic tie-ups. INJACK will focus on strengthening opportunities for businesses in Kerala to form Strategic partnerships and joint ventures with business entities in Japan through:

Vision

The Vision of INJACK shall be to become the foremost bilateral organisation dedicated to promotion of business activities between Japan and Kerala.

Mission

The Mission of INJACK shall be:
  • To serve the business needs of its members as far as such needs relate to business between Japan and Kerala
  • To facilitate economic growth of Japan and Kerala through mutual cooperation
  • To promote and protect the collective interests of the business community of Japan and Kerala
  • To promote and protect the collective interests of the business community of Japan and Kerala
  • To effectively liaison with the government of Japan and Kerala on bilateral issues to promote business between Japan and Kerala

Protect and uphold the mutual interests of members within the Chamber who have formed alliances by streamlining the processes in both directions.

To form representations on behalf of the members to the Government with regard to legislative and other measures affecting trade, commerce and industry between Japan and Kerala.

To increase the pace of investments flowing into Kerala by actively promoting its advantages to Japanese investors.

To maintain a cordial and positive dialogue between Kerala and Japan to streamline processes and strengthen trade relations.

The event would open up the market for Japanese brands. It will be the first step towards building a lasting business tie between India and Japan.
